Design and manage the entire digital magazine portfolio for Pacific Magazines including 14 magazine brands (Marie Claire, Instyle, Girlfriend, Better Home and Garden, Men's Health, Women's Health, New Idea, That's Life, Who, Home Beautiful, Famous, Practical Parenting, Diabetic Living, Prevention)

  • Conducted user research for MSME, market analysis, created key user journeysm and organisational blueprint for Vietnam’s largest Banks

  • Designed RM-led digital journey for a leading national bank in India

  • Led the design and product team for a multi-level security information sharing platform for the Australian Government

  • Researched key market trends for the Vietnamese real estate market to build a world-class suburban iconic landmark in the city

  • Designed the UI for Nanosonic’s, a leading medical device producer in Australia’s flagship product: The Trophon

  • Led the design for Laminex Australia and New Zealand, an interior product company with > $2B USD annual revenue, 134 subsidiaries, >6000 employees

  • Designed and project-managed Beauty crew, Australia’s largest review, trial and test cosmetic platform

  • Prior experience as a digital product designer, researcher, product owner, business analyst and worked with geographically-distributed agile development teams
